Club Membership
Why Join NRC
Be part of a safety-first, volunteer-run club with indoor and outdoor ranges, training opportunities, league nights, and a welcoming community. Members help steward the range and keep local shooting sports thriving.
Who Can Join
- Age 18+ with a valid MA LTC or FID (include number & expiration on your application).
- New members: must show a Basic Firearms Safety (or equivalent) certificate with live fire; if your course didn’t include live fire, complete a club evaluation or take a live-fire course first.
- Final approval happens at a club meeting (majority of members present) or by three Board members.
Membership Options & 2025 Dues
- Standard $165
- Senior (60+) $90
- Family $90 (additional household members)
- Associate $90 (HRC or Easthampton F&G only; no voting)
- Law Enforcement $140 (provide department)
- Honorary $0(If you join Oct 1–Dec 31, the fee in parentheses on the form covers the rest of this year and next year.)
How to Join (Step-by-Step)
- Download & complete the application. Have your LTC/FID info ready.
- New members: enter your Safety Course type & certificate number (live-fire required).
- Pick your membership category and include the appropriate fee.
- Submit your application (mailing address on the form) and attend a club meeting for approval.
- On acceptance, you’ll acknowledge our Range Safety Rules as a condition of membership.
Associate Members
Provide a letter on host-club letterhead (signed by an officer) and a current host-club membership card; LEOs include badge/ID.
What to Expect as a Member
You’ll help keep the club safe and tidy, follow all posted rules, and can host guests within policy. (Eye/ear protection required; see full Rules for details.)
